Unit 5-

This week we were required to make a comparison between the Loving Kindness exercise and the Subtle mind exercise. In my personal opinion the Subtly mind exercise is more a concentration and relaxation exercise and the Loving Kindness exercise of unit four is more the exercise of to approach to be a better person knowing in connection with the mind and body aspect.  The connection of the spiritual wellness to mental and physical wellness depends in the willing of the person to make the changes and be another level of healing and consequently wellness. The benefit is the connection between the breath and the mind, making the reaction of supreme relation as result of the connection between the two.  When the person is making the connection of the mind and body; the person acquires the power of healing itself by manifestation the changes in the regular life. When the person is having a positive change due the wellness and healing the people around him/her, the personal life starts changing in a positive aspect including feeling and looking better.

Unit 4

Hello this week I tried to exercise the love and kindness. To be honest   this exercise was difficult because it is easy to be a loving and kind person when the energy of the other person is positive, but as soon the person is giving you negative energy or a bad reaction is extremely difficult to keep giving love and kindness.  I defiantly recommend this exercise to others because it is important to make a different in this world and showing a positive loving and kindness character can make a difference in someone's life.
 Mental workout.
An important part of being healthy is keeping our brain fit.  Without a question working out is crucial to be fit physical and mentally because the body will performed better.  The brain is like another muscle (it’s not but) needs to be work out for a better performance and better health.  "The brain uses 20% of our total oxygen intake, all of which it gets from its blood supply" (2012, health-choices-for-life).   This process helps the brain to produce neurons; neurons are produce by mental activity.  Having an integral life helps the body, mind, spirit and soul to be working together for an optimal life.

Unit 3

Based in my reflections, and on a scale of 1 to 10 (ten being optimal well-being) where do I rate my A-physical well-being, B-spiritual well-being, C-psychological well-being? Why?
A- My physical well-being is being up and down because I am still dealing with the side effect of the chemotherapy, but I am convince that no matter why the doctor say I am healing completely and one day by day I am healing because I am determinate that I am going to be healthy. B- Spiritually I feel in a process of perfection, because I am doing what I am call to do which is helping others and being a youth pastor. I am looking forward to be better every and each day. C- Psychologically, it is important for me to keep myself positive and when my mind, body, spirit and soul are fine, everything is fine. Why? Because I am completely convincing that if I am convincing of it is a fact.
2-Develop a goal for me in each area (physical, spiritual, psychological).  My physical goal is to be 100% healthy, to be able to run a marathon. My spiritual goal is keep growing spiritually and also maintain my serenity to serve the Lord in many different ways. My Psychological goal is to develop an easier way to understand the complicity of my life.
3-What activities or exercise can you implement in your life to assist in moving toward each goal? For my physical goal is keep following the process of what I am support to do, including eating healthy, exercising as much as I can. For my spiritual goal, I need to keep my relationship with God and keep faithful.  For my psychological goal, I need to have more mental exercise in order to be able to relax and be less stress about my circumstances.
The relaxing exercise it was great. I feel that sometimes the key is in the welling to do it.  The breathing process was one of the biggest and important clues in order to become relax. It was completely beneficial because I am currently sick and with so much things to do, that I was able to be relax and not worried about it for those minutes.
